Can VVX Color Epansion Module be used with UC sofware 5.0 and above? So far I was only able to use it with 4.1.6. If I install any version of 5.X the Color Module does not boot, settings like back image are not available in web interface.

welcome to the Polycom Community.
Support for the add on modules was only added in the latest UCS 4.1.6
The UCS 5.0.x range has currently no support for the add on modules. This will be added at a later point.

I am unable to comment on unreleased software versions or planned release dates.
Please work with your Polycom reseller as they can bring you in touch with a Polycom sales engineer.
