Hi all, first post here! 

 

Can you help?

 

We have installed a X400 with the VVX Colour expansion module. But the, the expansion module is only showing the line extensions We need it to show the contact names.

 

We are running the VVX400 on the broadworls platform and its running on phones on UA 4.1.6 5374

 

Anyhow idea how I can fixed this?

Hi Steffen,

 

Thanks for the post back.  It’s it BLF. We have setup BLFand names are next to each Monitored Users. I suspect even though we have the names next to each user the expansion Module still needs to have the names added manually.

 

I was also thinking, we might need to restart the phone because we had enabled the Polycom services for the directory integration to show on the phone.
