VVX - Drop from 3-Way Conference

When I end a 3-way conference call, connection to the call ends and the other participants in the conference remain in the call. The VVX phone sends REFER following pressing the 'End' softkey.

 

How can I set the phone so it will send BYE to both participants instead of REER ?

Welcome to the Poly Community.

A good starting point would be to explain if you are using the Poly UC Software and/or the Poly ObiHai software as the answer may depend on this.

 

If Poly UC Software simply download >this< and unzip and import via the Web Interface Utilities > Import & Export Configuration > Import Configuration
.

As we do not know the currently used software version please check the Admin Guide >here<

I'm using VVX350 (SIP mode) and call.transferOnConferenceEnd="0" solved the issue.
