Hi I have a VVX 600 SW/ 5.0.1.7 that I am trying to hook up a VVX Expansion module to. I have 4 VVX Expansion module that do not power up at all. That tells me that I must be doing something wrong. I have seen the start up guid on these and have set it up in the way it shows. Is there a setting in the phone or on the inerface that gives power to the AUX port? Or something els i may be doing wrong?

HP Recommended

UCS 5.0.x is not supported.  The Expantion module will not power on if you are not on a supported version of code. In 5.x you need to be on at lease 5.1.x.
