‎I did the background image for the IP 550, IP 450 and the VVX300 but it's updating all the VVX phones (the VVX 400, VVX 500 and VVX 600) with the same background image and it's not good.

We use the following code, any idea how to have it removed from the VVX400, VVX500 VVX600

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above shows how to use specific Model's in configuration parameters.

Thanks, that's not what I am looking for, I am looking to have one master config file for all phones and separate the background logos for each VVX phone.‎

OP,

Can you confirm the firmware version that your Sounpoint 550s & 450s are using? Issue may be that you need to build seperate configs based the firmware version you are using.

Hello ykvo,

then you should check the above post.

Each configuration Parameter can be used with the Phone Model specified as shown in the example for the Web Browser.

Example for the Background on a VVX600:

bg.color.bm.1.name.VVX600="insert your path here"
