VVX SIP and Skype

Been looking around and can't find a straight answer on this one so any help would be great.

 

Looking at the VVX range of phones is it possible to both Skype For Business and a local SIP at the same time - have 2 lines one pointing to a SIP server and one pointing to SfB?

Jan 25, 2016 Question:How many Lines can I register using Polycom phones with Lync Server / Skype for Business server ?

Resolution: You can register only one line when Lync is set as the base profile on the phone.

Yes none of our phones at present support a Hybrid registration.

 

If this is something that you are interested in please provide me with your complete contact details so I can get you on touch with a Polycom sales engineer as due lack of NDA we are unable to discuss future software releases or roadmap.

Passed almost a year from last post. I can't find anywhere if hybrid registration is supported at present.

Could you give some information?

Any new VVX features are announced via the Release Notes.

 

The answer for the VVX is still the same.

 

The Trio supports a experimental Hybrid registration which is discussed => here <=
