Is there a way to add icons in the xxxx-directory.xml for the VVX 600 as there is for the Trio ?

We have set up efk's and would like to use custom icons to distinguish them on the phone's side car.

The admin guide gives references to the import/export of icons but the option does not display on the phone under Settings -> Basic as advertized in the manual.

 

the VVX is running

welcome back to the Polycom Community.


This feature is at present Trio exclusive and the VVX 600 will only receive maintenance updates as 5.9.x is that last build as advised in the 5.9.0 release notes.

 

There won't be any future development so you cannot raise this as a feature request via your Polycom reseller either.

Yes these will receive further software. All the models that are no longer supported are in the 5.9.0 Release Notes.
