VVX phone not showing updated Lync presence

I am using a VVX 600 running software version 5.1.1.2986.  I am using BTOE version 2.3.0.  BTOE is running and successfully paired (Windows 7 machine).  The phone is configured to work with Lync 2013 server.  Everything is working great except for the presence of my Lync Favorites.  The presence that I see in the desktop client is accurate, the presence I see on the phone appears to be stale at times.

 

Has anyone else seen this issue, do you have any suggestions?

Hello Doug,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am not aware of such issues in that version and cal only suggest you contact your Polycom reseller in order to raise a ticket with Polycom support.

 

Please ensure that you have the relevant LYNC license present for all the phones running UCS 4.1.x or newer with LYNC.

Hi Doug,

 

Did you get this issue solved? As I'm having a very similar issue with VVX 600 phones I have, they only appear to update presence when they inially log in.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
