Hello,

 

I am currently working on an automatic configuration for the VVX phones with a Lync base profile.

I uploaded a list of Lync contacts on the serveur so I can have access to them from the home screen of the phone.

 

Form of the contact file :

            <sd>2</sd>
            <rt>3</rt>

            <ad>0</ad>
            <ar>0</ar>

I have set the parameter feature.presence.enabled="1".

But I can't see the contacts status on the phone screen.

Is there a way (a tag or something) to indicate in the conf file that they are Lync clients so I can see their status ?

In order to see the status you need to add the contact as a favourite via the Lync client

So it's not possible to have the status when we upload contacts on the serveur ?

The only way is to add them as favourite via the Lync client ?
