Hi all,

We are currently experiencing a problem with our VVX1500's and VVX1500D's across a WAN link. Issue is we can not seem to be able to the MTU size. No where are we able to find a settingor allow the packets to be broken up.

Does anyone know how to modify the MTU settings for these devices?

edit turns out we are running 2345-17960-001

Hello FSANZ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am not aware of an MTU Size implementation on our VoIP Phones.

In order to add new Features my only advice would be to contact your Polycom Reseller and work with them to submit a Feature Request via a Polycom Systems Engineer once you provide a Business case for this to be possibly implemented into future Software Releases.

Best Regards
