Hi,

I have a question regarding the incoming call dialog on a polycom vvx1500d, SIP APP 3.2.6.

When there is an incoming call on the phone the first seconds (around 10 seconds) is shown in a big dialog. After this time it becomes small. See photos attached.

What is the intention behind this? Can it be turned of? This can be annoying when you hear your phone ringing and need some time to get to the phone. You will only see this small dialog that does not show enough information like the caller number.

I found something in the UC_Software_Release_Notes_4_1_3.pdf at Enhanced Capabilites point 76194 that sounds like that. But that should not apply on 3.2.6!?

Thanks

Jan

Hello JF,

this is currently working as designed and would require a feature request.

The procedure for this is described in the VoIP  FAQ.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
