HI,

 

Anyone else seen this, VVX1500 makes international call and then transfers the call. Upon the transfer, a re-invite happens, this re-invite contains un-acceptable stuff in the SDP, this is because of the Video codecs.

In order to correctly troubleshoot this issue a Support Ticket should be raised via your reseller.

 

In addition posting the current Software Version the VVX1500 is running may trigger someone's memory.

posting here is ok.

 

Try the UCS 4.0.2 Rev B and in addition UCS 3.3.4 and submit the logs of the Phone and a Wireshark Trace when replicating the issue to your reseller.
