According to the 'current' software 4.1.4 June 2013 doc on WCU, user is 123 and admin is 456.

However, when I log into WCU, it does not accept admin pw ( it does accept 123 for user)

 

These phones came with App version 4.1.8.0983 - did it have a different admin password?

 

( I am trying to log into WCU to upgrade them all to latest App version 5.5 ...)

Unsure what the WCU reference should be but are you sure they are new?

 

What is their MAC address?

Certainly they are brand new, I unwrapped them myself - looks like untouched factory packing... purchased directly from the official supplier/telecom giant TELUS ( 2016 revenue 12.5 billion CAD)

 

MAC of the one on my desk here is 00:04:f2:cf:3f:e6 ...

This specific Unit was purchased from WESTCON COLLABORATION back in 30/08/2016 so they are your reseller.

 

I would try a different browser and you can always reset it using a provisioning server following the instructions  => here <=
