I have setup Hotdesking with several VVX400's and it's working flawlessly. This is not the question.
We are using the extension number for the "UserID" to login to the phone. That's fine, but, that field defaults to "abc" and in order to login to the phone, the users need to change the encoding to "123" (numeric only)... every single time...
Is there a way in the config files to make the default encoding for this field numeric only?
