VVX400 Keypad Not Working

I have a VVX400 and the keypad 1,2,3 and up arrow wont work. i ran the hardware diagnostics and of course whn i press 1,2 or 3 and arrow up it doesnt register. what else can i do?

  • What is the usage of the device?
  • Where is the device being used aka an office or what kind of environment?
