We have a customer that wants to use analog recording on VVX401 phones. They will utilize a recorder tap in the handset loop to record. We've found that the handset mic is active all the time, even though the phone is on-hook. This causes the recorder to record all the time including private conversations going on in the room. Is there a way in configuration to disable this functionality and disable the mic when the phone is on-hook?
