I just received a Polycom VVX410 phone to test in our Cisco Call Manager 8.5 environment. I have the phone connected to the Call Manager server and that is working swimmingly. I have 2 issues, one that I will ask in this post. The time and date are coming through correctly except that the time does not reflect the time zone I set it to. The time always reflects GMT. If I set the phone through the web interface to GMT -6 it shows me GMT. If I set the phone to GMT -12 it shows GMT. If I set the phone to GMT it shows GMT. I am not sure why the phone will not show the correct time zone offset. Any ideas?

Thanks much. I could not find that post before so thanks for pointing me in the correct direction. I set the Option 2 setting in DCHP and that is working perfectly.

Cheers

Dave
