VVX411 with OBiWiFi5G - Wifi Keeps dropping momentarily

Hi,

i have a VVX411

MAC Address 64:16:7F:26:F1:B2

UC Software Version 5.9.6.2996
Updater Version 5.9.7.42880

we have a OBiWiFi5G dongle and it is connected to wifi at an employees home outside the office network.

the phone connects to wifi, but periodically there is a message on the screen that says "network is down". the phone loses wifi connection then immediately reconnects.

it is very annoying as the phone keeps beeping

in the logs there is the following:

0603125939|nisvc|2|00|Invoker's nCommands,CurrentKey:2,(106)Responder
0603125939|nisvc|2|00|Response(-1)nisvc,(-1),(-1)app,(22),(Expiry,TransactionId,Time,Type):(-1,-1,1622721579,1)IndicationCode:(400)

any idea why it keeps disconnecting to wifi.

no other devices have any issue connecting to the wifi and the VVX411 is no further from the router than other devices

thanks

jack
