Hi,

 

We have rolled out many VVX500, we understand that if SCA is enabled, 'Forward' softkey will dissappeared from the main screen.
However, if you press 'Home' button, Purple 'Forward' icon still shown there.

is there any way to remove this icon completely from the phone?

there is currently no way to remove this icon.

 

Please raise a case via your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support and quote VOIP-87349 as an internal Polycom reference in order to track this issue.
