I'm having a weird issue with our VVX500 phones.

We have an XML on the server for the main company directory. The numbers that when dialed get picked up by an IVR, where it's "press 1 for this, press 2 for that, etc"

It works fine when you dial straight out of the company directory. However, if you add a number from the directory to your favorites, the problem happens. When you dial the number out of your favorites menu, once the IVR picks up, when you press any number to make a selection, it puts the call on hold, rather than actually sending the keypress. If you then take the call off hold, you can no longer press any number key, as there is no response from any of them.

Any clue what might cause that?
