Hi,

I have small problem with coulor extension for VVX500.

I'm using SIP version

Phone Information Phone Model VVX 500 Part Number 3111-44500-001 Rev:A MAC Address 00:04:F2:8D:33:7C IP Address 10.198.196.208 UC Software Version 5.4.3.1014 Updater Version 5.6.3.1009

Problem I have found is I can't add contacts to this extension. Every single manual showing option EM1 in GUI under Utilities tab. Expansion is visable in menu on the phone. I can push logo to expansion modul but I cannot configure any contacts there. I would like to use it to quickly transfer calls using this module.

Many thanks in advance

Hello Daniel,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 22, 2014 Question: Which VVX Phones support the new Expansion Modules and what Software Version is required?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above explains that only the paper white modules are displayed in the web interface in order to print labels.
