Hello,

I've tryed the first option from the link bellow but without success:

http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/knowledgebase/search.htm

I've tryed many options that I found in the google but also without success.

Does anyone have any fix for this? It will be very appreciated.

VVX500 firmware 5.2.0 unable to remove DND softkey from the home screen.

Best Regards

Constantin

Hello Constantin,

are you specifying in the <mac>.cfg that the \config\features.cfg should be loaded ?

Simply try to import the examples via the web interface as attached to the FAQ post and then lower your Configuration logging to event 1 and check you log files.

UC Software 5.2.0 is no longer an supported version so I recommend you use a currently supported like 5.4.1 or at least a later 5.2.x

It is always helpful providing the details what has been tried to someone else may spot the issue.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jul 11, 2014 Question: How can I disable the Do not Disturb / DND and/or Call forwarding options on the Phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above explains this in detail and shows the relevant examples and examples for all options are attached and can be mixed.

UCS 5.1.1 introduced new features and you can now either disable the DND and/or the call forwarding options.

Option 1:

Disable DND on the IDLE screen

<dnd feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1" softkey.feature.doNotDisturb="0" />

This is exactly what I need, I've tryed but without success for me.

We are using provisioning and I add this in the features.cfg file.

Thanks,

Constantin
