Hi,

How to disable custom softkey in conference state?

We enable using it only in active state.

Does it mean that active state = conference state for all Polycoms?

Cisco for example split these states on 2 without questions.

Using some softkeys in conference state confuses!...

<softkey softkey.1.label="Park" softkey.1.action="!callpark" softkey.1.enable="1" softkey.1.precede="1"

softkey.1.use.active="1"

softkey.1.use.alerting="0"

softkey.1.use.dialtone="0"

softkey.1.use.hold="0"

softkey.1.use.idle="0"

softkey.1.use.proceeding="0"

softkey.1.use.setup="0"

/>

Hello aanisimov,,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Our phones (example UCS 4.1.0 Admin Guide) support the following Softkey states:

softkey.x.use.active = Display in the active call state
softkey.x.use.alerting = Display in the alerting state
softkey.x.use.dialtone = Display in the dial tone state
softkey.x.use.hold = Display in the hold state
softkey.x.use.idle = Display in the idle state
softkey.x.use.proceeding = Display in the proceeding state
softkey.x.use.setup = Display in the proceeding state

Any other requirement / change / addition must be raised via a Feature request as explained => here <=
