VVX500 save/export favorites?

Hi,

I  suddenly had somehow a reset of my VVX500. The only thing missing after that where my favorites.

I read everything but did not find a way to save or export my favorites so that I can load them after such a failure.

Is there any way to save or export the favorites from a VVX500?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Regards

giant

Hello Giant,

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above describes how to setup a server so the phone can store / load all made changes.

Hi Steffen,

thanks for your help. I already did all this and everything is saved / exported - except the Favorites.

So maybe you know another trick?

Thanks
