Hi,

I am trying to use this phone with 3CX.  The function that is described in the manual that I really would like to have is the ability to have more than a 3 way conference call set up at the phone.  The manual says I should be able to setup a conference call, put that call on hold and start another call.  Once that call is set, I should be able to join that call to the previous conference call and add that person.  I get an error where I try, "Service Unavailable".  3CX says the phone can only handle a 3 way call.  Does anyone know if there is something I can do to make this work?

Thanks,

Chris

Hello Chris,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Community VoIP FAQ holds this post:

Oct 25, 2011 Question: What is the maximum amount of participants in a conference call?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Looking in addition at the latest UCS 4.1.0 Admin Guide page 144:

The SoundPoint IP 321, 331, and 335, SoundStation IP phones, and VVX 500 phones support three-way local conferencing.
