VVX501 icon not color

Regarding VVX501 which i got from internet that the icon shown in color. But in fact, the VVX501 (with firmware 5.7) icon not color. The display VVX501 as shown on file attached is color. But what i have the icon not color. Just black and white (grey). Anyone can share about this?

Hello @Sisob,

Initially you stated you got a phone from the Internet.

 

Now you clarified that one of your customers got this directly from Polycom.

 

Polycom usually does not sell directly to end customer so could you kindly post a picture of the menu and in addition the MAC of the unit so I can lookup it's history.

 

Is the Screen itself in black and white or only the menu?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Have you tried and factory reset the unit?

 

Not knowing what source they are from and what the history of the device is I assume it is defective.

Ok. I will try to factory reset. But this unit is brand new from Polycom. My customer just bought Januray 2018.

The VVX501 already reset to factory dafault, but same result. The icon menus still black and white.
