VVX600 Automatic Call Back

Dear All,

 

I'm trying to configure the Automatic Call Back Feature in a VVX6000 with Avaya Aura Session Manager and Communication Manager.

 

I dialed to a station and during the ring I dial *05 but the VVX not send the digits to Session Manager.

Hello leohokumura,

You would need to check this with Avaya as any Interoperability testing would have been done by them. They need to verify if any third party SIP devices can use these feature codes.
