Hi there, the customer environment does not have an Provisioning server deployed.

Would like to check if we can backup the Contact Directory from the phone's local store?

The User has saved huge number of contacts on her phone and we are not sure how to backup and restore these contacts in to a New phone. Thanks

Hi Steffen, thanks for the reply.
Noticed the phone has option to Backup/Restore using the WebUI - wondering why the backup does not include the tiny directory.xml file. Is there any reason behind it ?

This is a backup of a configuration and not of the phone.

 

The directory is not the configuration.
