Could someone help me?
We have new phones and new server, Polycom VVX600 and asterisk. I can't restart VVX600 from Asterisk (Admin>Pone Restart).
Has anyone experience with this problem?

The above explains in detail that the voIpProt.SIP.specialEvent.checkSync.alwaysReboot="0" must be set. So far you have not yet provided the information if you have changed / added this parameter.

I know the reboot from pfone. but I have more than 30 Polycoms and I want reboot then from asterisk.
Is this possible?
I have just updated the linked post to make this check-sync parameter clearer.
voIpProt.SIP.specialEvent.checkSync.alwaysReboot needs to be ="1" to always reboot.
For further troubleshooting please work with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
