is it possible to take screen shots of the VVX600
i want to send round an email explaining to our users how to use the phones and it would be useful to include screenshots that include teh customistations we have made

Hi,
i followed the instructions and amended the cfg file as requested - but the url https://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/captureScreen does not work.
also - in the phone menu - on the VVX600, in Preferences, there is no Screen Capture setting

did you reboot the VVX after importing the file?
This is required for a VVX (I added that info to the FAQ).

rebooted now - and the menu preferences.. Screen Capture is there
(1) how can you use the cfg file to enable Screen Capture setting?
(2) When I go to https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/captureScreen i am asked for a username/password. what will these be?

Username: Polycom
Password: 456
This does not automatically allow a User to capture the Screen, the functionality needs to be activated by the Phone User.
Note: You need to re-enable the Screen Capture feature after every phone restart or reboot (repeat below).
