VVX600 software upgrade from 4.1 to 5.3


      Can I upgrade straight to UCS 5.3 from 4.1?  I'm trying to but the phone is not picking up 5.3 from the provisioning server.  I was able to upgrade from 51. to 5.3.  Is there a minimum requirement to upgrade to UCS 5.3?  Thank you.

There should be no difference in the version. Have you checked the logs ?
