Is it possible tp provision VVX phones integrated with Lync from RPRM 

Mainly looking for automated certificate installation , software upgrades without any DHCP options.

Hello sree,

Whilst the RealPResence Resource Manager is capable to provision Polycom VVX1500 and to an certain extend VVX500 / VVX600 you can simply setup a FTP/HTTP Server to do this.

 

You will need to setup a DHCP Option 161 (For LYNC SKU Phones) and/or 160 for non LYNC SKU to automate this process.

 

Your local Polycom Sales engineer should be able to talk you through this.
