VVX600 with Polycom VVX Expansion stuck in boot screen

Strange problem here.


2x VVX600 phones with Polycom VVX color Expansion module. Software UC, Bootrom The problem is that the module don't bootup, it stucks with the Polycom logo en don't switch to the blank screen. Also after a factory reset of the phone the expansion module won't startup.


Tried the expansion module on another phone on another location, everything is working fine. 


What could be the problem??

Power of the POE switch to low??

Hello a.onderwater,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

When you swapped the Expansion module from the non working phone to the working phone did you use the same cable that connects the phone and the expansion module ?


Do you get any logs uploaded as they should show the expansion module initializing.
