Vendor ID for configuring DHCP

Hello,

I am trying to configure setting  in DHCP server  for my SSIP Duo with Provisioning url and option 160.  Is this 'Polycom-SSIPDUO'  Vendor Id for this device?.  Where can I find device/vendor Id information.

Thanks.
