View Corporate Directory Without Search

How can the Corporate Directory be viewed without typing in characters?  That is, users want to be able to scroll through the Corporate Directory without character input to view the refined list.


Software version =

Phone Model =VVX 450

Call Platform =Zoom Phone

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Just as FYI many settings may be controlled by our partner Zoom so they may not be available to you. In addition, 5.9.7 is not the software it is the BootROM/Updater

You can try the attached dir.corp.viewPersistence file, unzip and import via the Web Interface


  • dir.corp.alt.viewPersistence

    Determine if the results from the last address directory search displays on the phone.

    0 (default)


The above will at least keep the last results for a quicker search.
