I'm setting up some Polycom phones with a 3CX IP PBX. The receptionist's phone is an IP670.
I can send a 'speed dial' string to the 3CX PBX, to toggle between Day/Night (In Office/Out of Office). That works fine with the IP670.
But, I need a visual indication of the different 'modes' - Day or Night.
Is there a way to change the color of the LED, on the IP670, when Speed Dial, or a BLF key, is pressed, or the Display Name on a SoftKey, when that SoftKey is pressed?

Hello John,
as already explained => here <= there is no such interaction from the phone end.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Feb 04, 2013 Question: Can I remotely control the Phone or send content to the Phone?
Answer: The <apps/> parameter can be used to utilize the push server controls and more information can be found => here <=
You could look into the Server sending the Phone a HTML page when the phone actions a speed dial to the server?
