I started a new job and I am trying to set up my voicemail on a Polycom Soundpoint IP450. It is asking for the password which I never set up so don't have. Is there a way to reset the password without know the old one?
The voicemail itself has nothing to do with Polycom and you would need to ask whoever setup the system itself or a work colleague.
Polycom does not provide a voice mail functionality and there are already several posts on this that can be found using the community search => here <=
