I have the Soundpoint IP-335. When anyone calls to my number, the phone rings once and goes directly to voicemail. However, if the caller re-dials right away, the phone will ring and I am able to answer. I have had no luck in trying to resolve this issue. If anyone can help, please advise.

The routing of a call has nothing to do with the phone. The only setting on the phone that can affect a call being forwarded to another extension or number would be a call forward after time but the phone would display this.
Please work with your Employers helpdesk as this is not a phone issue.
