This might be a crazy question, but we have 1 user that all of his voicemails are being sent to his cell phone and none of them are stored on his desk phone. His "forward a copy to his cell phone" option is turned off and there is no email listed in the available field. What is possibly going on?

The phone itself has no capability of storing any voicemail.
The phone can only forward a call to a SIP server which has a voice mail facility.
You need to contact who looks after your SIP server or SIP Service provider as this is not a phone issue.

Checked with provider and switch showed "forward always" even though user portal showed "forward always" off.
