We try to register a Voip card to Lync 2013. We received always 401 non authorized.

Certificates are correct. Username and password are correct as we can connect to a VVX phone with the same credentials.

What can be wrong? We use last firmware.

Hello Jean-Marc,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

What is the Software Version you are using and how have you configured the SoundStructure card in comparison with the VVX?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

We installed the last available firmware (5.02?)

We use a specific FTP server for the Voip card

We also tried to import the xml file. :
