Is there any way to increase the volume of the headset by default, also I want to increase the volume of the ringing of the phone

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include what phone model you use.

Hi, Steffen Baier, thank you for the quick respones

The model of the phone that i use is a Polycom VVX500 Version 5.4.2 D, I know the user can turn the volume up

What I want is by Default the first time, the volume goes max, if the user decide tu turn down it stays that way, but the first time, to be in max volume

 

Is there any way to to that?

I found one configuration line that the ringin volume dont change when I restart of the telephone

 

The line is: feature.nonVolatileRingerVolume.enabled="1">


Can I use the same settings with the speaker and the handset?
