I have a IP335 phone (x2)

Version 4.1.0.84959

Platform is thru iinet in Australia.

I have just added another phone to the office. I can make calls on both phones, but only recieve calls on the original phone.

I have just upgraded the new phone's software to 4.1.0.84959 and all looks to work ok.

however I tried to use the web interface to manage the phone and had no luck.

I used the phones IP Address and got to the logon screen (see poly.jpg), entered the password 456 and hit enter.

It took me to a blank page.   192.168.0.2/index.html   so I don't think its a password issue.

Has anyone had this issue and if so can it be resolved (can you even use the web interface to manage an IP335 phone)

Also does anyone have a plain english example to link the two phones together so I can answer incoming calls from either phone.

thanks for any help

Hello fothers,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP => FAQ <= contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please be aware that the UCS 4.1.0 Software is for Microsoft LYNC usage and if you run a simple SIP setup I would recommend using UCS 4.0.6 at present.

Hi Steffen

I did read that and that was why I upgraded to version 4.1 (I have since downgraded as you suggested), I wanted to use the web interface. After the upgrade I have been presented with a blank page when I login to the web interface. Have you come across this before?

Is there an article about setting up phone for the web interface or should it just work.

The page I land on is 192.168.0.2/index.html and its blank.

regards Ian

Hello fothers,

this must be a local firewall or browser issue as I am not aware of any issue browsing to the Phone's Web Server.

I would suggest you work with your Polycom reseller for further support.
