Web Configuration Website doesnt work with VVX 500

Hello,

 

we started using the VVX 500 phones in our lab environment with Skype for Business Server 2015. we are having issues by opening the Web Configuration Tool of the phone. Even when a remote PC is in the same VLAN as the phone I am not able to open the Website of the phone. When I am entering the IP address it loads and then I am getting "Page can't be displayed". Registering with Skype for Business and using the devices works perfect, but I am not able to access the Web Configuration Website.

 

Is there some kind of central tool I can use to manage all my phones ?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
