Web Interface Access

I am unable to access the web interface using the IP from my Polycom VVX 410.  I enter the IP into the browser as instructed in other forums, but my browser gives me the following error: Can't Find This Page or This Site Can't Be Reached.  I have tried IE 11, Microsoft Edge 25, and Chrome 53.  How do I solve this issue?

I'm sorry; I'm new to this phone and system.  Where do I find the software version and Lync or basic profile?
