Web Server stopped working after upgrade

We have a several VVX 600 phones.  We upgraded them to 5.9.6.  We are using a provisioning server for this.  The only overrides we did was just the phone lines for each user.  Everything else is as default.  I have looked at the web config on the phone and it is enabled.

 

When we attempt to log back into the web interface we keep getting:

The document requested was not found on this server.

 

Any suggestions?

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

For the volunteers within this community, it would be helpful to provide details about what previous software you have been running.

 

In addition to sharing your configuration(SIP credentials removed) could help us point out any configuration issues.
