Web conferencing phone number plus conference code

Is there a way to program the Trio 8800 with a phone number, then the conference code and presenter code so that users only need to select it from a directory?  This would need to be on the phone not in RealPresence as we do not have that.  Please let me know if you know of a way to accomplish this.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

To answer your real question since UC Software 5.5.3 for the Polycom Trio we can have a Pause in a Speed Dial.
