Hi Steffen,

 

I am new member in this Polycom community.We have two IP7000 polycom which we are not able to browse through Browser, but we are able to ping the IP address.As per your below update its not prompting for username & password.Please can you guide me how to configure or enable a option in IP7000.

 

Your reply is would be helpful in setting up my IP7000 in all my our conference rooms.

Hello Prasad,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

I have moved this from the originally replied post => here <= as the originally posting users problem was solved and is not related to your issue.

 

There are 2 Parameters that can affect the Web Interface.

 

The simplest one is httpd.enabled. If this is set to "0" the the Web Interface is simply turned of.

The next one is httpd.cfg.port. The Standard would be "80" but can be anything in the range of 1 to 65535.

 

As I am unaware how you provisioned the SSIP7000 or their origin you may need to seek the assistance of your Polycom reseller.
