Your handset design is not good

The hand held receiver keeps falling down.. it is such a bad design difficult to handle it.

I have moved your post from a completely unrelated on that you replied to.

 

How about you first tell us what Polycom phone you are actually using and in addition if this is being used on a desk or via a wall mount?
