We have a number of phones that we are attempting to provision in ZTP, 601s. The logs show:

Looking in ZTP the MAC is present but states -- in the ZTP access status, despite logs clearly showing responses from ztp.polycom.com...... Any ideas where to go from here?

 

Image and device information all show under details....

I also updated to the latest 5.6 attempting to correct. Nothing seems to be working for this and a number of other phones.

I believe there is or was an issue with ZTP yesterday whic our IT team looks at.

 

In the future please simply email

 

ztpinfo@polycom.com

or call Polycom support.
