Zycoo ZX10 and Polycom IP450

Hi,

I am very familure with networks and phone systems... Combining the two are however very new to me.

I have a Zycoo ZX20 system and a polycom IP450 phone that I am attempting to get to work together.  I have spent many hours sitting and playing with them to no avail. I think I am missing something as simple as logging in the proper way as an extension.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Can I provide any information to help you help me?

To keep it simple as I teach my self I have created a dedicated network using a linksys router, phone, zycoo and laptop to admin the system.

One note is that I have tried to access the phone it self usint it's IP and my web browser with no luck. Perhaps the phone is in trouble to begin with?

Thank you!

Hello RadioMan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You have not provided a lot of details like:

  • Is this a new SPIP450 or a used one maybe from someone else that had changed / disabled features?

  • What is the Software Version of the SPIP 450?

  • What is failing when you try to access the Web Interface?
